I was introduced to nrg through a google search and quickly realized that this company was transparent and was not going to waste my time. I know what panels I wanted and the other inverter equipment they helped me choose. Their pricing was straight forward. Because we opted to have the panels on the ground instead of on our tile roof it made the project significantly more costly. We found this to be worth the additional expense because it would be easier to maintain and clean our panels and also it would be out of sight which was important for my wife.

The project took a bit longer than we expected because of some delays in the city and a material shortage. It took us a lot of back and forth with our building department to get the permits. We were still able to get up and running in under 4 months. I thank the nrg team for the additional hand holding through this process and our finished product looks great. We will be sending our family members to nrg!

We found NRG on google. Contracted with them to install a 22 panel solar system and a battery. They did a superb job on getting the permit fast and installing the panels. The battery was back ordered and was installed 2 months later.

We are now on an the battery is working and we are happy with the decision to buy the panels.

The sales team engaged early and often. The installation coordinator was on top of our project every step of the way and the installation team was flawless. We’re very happy we chose them.

I have had a positive experience. Hunter was very educational and walked me through the timeline and expected work. While there were minor hiccups along the way my system is officially operational and very close to the proposed timeline that was relayed to me.

nrg was on point and the system looks/performs as intended. I like how they worked with me on design as my roof sort of made it complicated.

Process was with no pressure sales. Our Sales Rep Sabrina was on time, honest, transparent, and professional. The timeline was more than expected due to outside factors. Would recommend nrg to my friends (have already done so). We really like that the panels are the highest efficiency Panasonic. The install team led by Travis was very good and polite. They took their time and made sure not to break any tiles on my roof. They had to move our satellite dish which slowed them down but other than that they were finished at the end of the day. We Just got turned on today and we are looking forward to seeing the savings pour in!

I enjoyed working with Devon Moreland, my salesperson at NRG. He was well informed and was helpful in figuring out a solar system that would fit my needs. I’ll let you know how the installation goes, but so far it has been an agreeable experience working with NRG.

We had our designs approved 1 week after paying our deposit and permit pulled just 1 month after that. We signed in January and are already installed with permission to operate. We went with the REC400 alpha all black panels and they look great on my roof.

NRG kept their word installed a beautiful system. Although it took slightly longer than I expected, I was informed along the way.
